Financial Coaching
What is a financial coach? Think of it like a fitness coach for your money. You receive individual guidance on your workout areas so that you get financially healthier. Just like with a fitness coach, you have to put in the work to achieve the desired results. Throughout the coaching process, you’ll receive encouragement to keep you motivated and on track.

What should I expect from coaching:
- Objective – to equip you with the skills to achieve and sustain long-term financial success.
- Sessions are generally 1 hour, and can be in person, over the phone, or by video call.
- Frequency – at least 1 monthly session
- How many sessions are required – it varies based on individual situations, but generally at least 3 – 6 sessions
- Discussion – any new areas that need to be covered, progress with action items from the last session, next steps to continue making progress
- Who sets the agrenda? You do. It’s your money and your goals. The coach’s role is to provide the guidance needed to get you there.
